Your satisfaction and happiness is paramount to us. So, if you are not happy with the product or feel you didn’t receive the value promised, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please do the following:

1. Email info at with (1) the reason you are requesting the refund so we can note any issues moving forward, (2) the name and email address you used to make the purchase, and (3) the date you made the purchase and received the program. When you request a refund, it must be within the 14 day window of purchase. If not, we cannot honor your request. Please understand that there will be no exceptions to this.

2. Once we email you with confirmation of your refund, please discard any Strong From Home materials you received access to, as you are no longer a member of the program. If we honor your request for the refund, we ask that you honor our request to give up access to the product. After your request has been processed, you will no longer have access to the membership site.

3. Hang tight! The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 5-10 days, depending on your bank. We’ll personally processes your refund in our system as soon as we can, within 1-3 business days.
